Customer Development Manager

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Customer Development Manager to be the friendly face (and sharp mind) of Circool for schools. This role focuses on implementations, training, and ongoing client support—making sure every customer feels confident, cared for, and successful.

Ideal location is Alabama or Mississippi.
What You'll Do

Lead new customer implementations, from setup through rollout.

Deliver hands-on training for front office staff, teachers, and administrators.

Be the main point of contact for your schools providing direct support—answering questions, solving problems, and celebrating wins.

Work in a Pod environment, partnering closely with your Sales & Customer Success Manager to ensure schools have a seamless experience.

Gather feedback from schools and share insights with our product and support teams.

Travel within your territory weekly to support schools (mostly day trips with very few overnights).

Attend 2–3 conferences or training events each year.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer-facing roles such as implementations, onboarding, or training.

Background in K-12 education strongly preferred—whether as a teacher, IT leader, principal, or safety/security director.

Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex tools simple for busy school staff.

Excited to work in a collaborative Pod structure alongside Sales & Customer Success.

Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
