Sales & Customer Success Manager

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven, customer-obsessed Sales & Customer Success Manager to join our team. This unique role combines new customer acquisition with expansion and retention of existing accounts. You’ll be the trusted partner schools lean on, building long-term relationships while driving adoption and growth.

What You'll Do

Own the full customer lifecycle: from first conversation, through implementation, to ongoing success.

Drive new district and school sales, introducing Circool to leaders in K-12.

Build success plans with customers to ensure adoption, renewal, and expansion.

Work in a Pod environment, partnering closely with your Customer Development Manager to support implementations and provide ongoing customer support.

Travel within your territory weekly to visit schools and districts (mostly day trips with very few overnights).

Attend 3–5 regional or national conferences each year.

Be the voice of the customer—sharing feedback internally to improve our product and experience.

Proactively identify opportunities for upsell/expansion and customer advocacy.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.

Background in K-12 education strongly preferred — whether as a teacher, IT leader, principal, or safety/security director. If you’ve worked in schools, you’ll understand our mission and our customers from day one.

Excited to work in a collaborative Pod structure where sales and customer development work hand-in-hand.

Experience in EdTech, SIS, or visitor management software is a plus.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and follow-through.

Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment—resourceful and proactive.
